Lettera del Rettore della Regia Università di Pisa al Ministro della Pubblica Istruzione in cui si richiede il consenso da parte del Ministero per la collocazione del monumento ai caduti nel cortile del Palazzo Universitario in prossimità del portico che fronteggia l'ingresso della vecchia Aula Magna. Richiesta di concessione gratuita del quantitativo di bronzo necessario alla fusione del monumento dai residuati di guerra o di eventuali fondi necessari all'acquisto del bronzo. Prevede n. 5 allegati citati, ma mancanti tra cui una fotografia del bozzetto prescelto.
