Medaglia commemorativa coniata in occasione della solenne cerimonia di inaugurazione del Monumento ai Caduti dell'Università di Pisa nel cortile del Palazzo della Sapienza del 29 maggio 1924. Sul recto: la riproduzione del monumento agli studenti caduti realizzato da Gigi Supino costituito dalla Minerva frontale in piedi, elmata, che regge la lancia e passa la fiaccola al guerriero con scudo gradiente verso destra; ara all'estrema destra. Sul verso la testa del cherubino attorniata da sei ali, simbolo dell'Università di Pisa.
